Attention :
1. Please fill the form and e-mail to our company. We’ll issue an RMA number
and which required to be filled in the current form to send back to our company with
the product (have to fill the maintenance serial number).
2. If the product is missing our company trademark, please enclose with the purchase
invoicevoucher photocopy.
3. Please fill specification column in detailed.
(Ex.: memory capacity, frequency, DDR1, DDR2, the SO-DIMM … etc.)
4. Please fill the product problems with detail information of the《breakdown olumn》,
in order for us to determine the initial problems.
5. If the form is not complete, not clearly or did not attach the invoice photocopy, we
have the right to reject any incomplete form and ask you resend a complete form
again.
6. If you receive the maintenance serial number, please send to our company before 2
weeks. If exceed 2 weeks the time limit, then you must re- apply.
7. Our free RMA process only covers the products that is within the warranty time and
is not defect because of manmade failure.
