With this technology, Team Group launched DDR3 1600 6-7-6-18 (tCL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS) low timing performance design, which greatly exceeded the performance of the regular DDR3 1600 CL9-9-9-24 to reach as high as close to 2000MHz. Plus the working voltage is minimized to Intel standard of 1.65V to prevent high voltage from damaging the CPU.
