The Elite DDR2-677 uses a 64x8 or 128 x8 die layout to deliver the 512MB and 1GB models. In the future, Team will continue to add new models of greater capacity to the series. Thanks to the low-voltage technology, the DDR2 at 1.8V can effectively save about 50% energy when compared with the DDR module consuming 2.5V working at the same frequency.
