Management training
Management training is for the management staff and personnel with management characteristics; designed diverse management function courses according to the different needs of rank and duties, allowing managers to exert organizing, communicating, coordinating and leading skills, and train their management decision and problem solving abilities in order to nurture management talents with project leading concepts.
Product knowledge training
The product knowledge training is mainly divided into six major sections, which includes ordinary memory modules, over-clocking memory modules, memory cards, UFD, SSD, and external hard disks. The company's internal trainer will perform gradual product knowledge courses to help increase the colleagues' professional knowledge and skills of the products, and use what they learned in the job contents, further increasing their job performance. Also, for the new products that the company developed, there would be irregular new product presentations, allowing all colleagues to have further understanding of the product's features and market trends, and understand more about Team Group's future development goals.
Professional competence training
For the need of various function jobs, we use professional training courses such as leadership, market development, technical services, brand marketing, product quality management, human resources management, financial audit, project management, customer relationships…etc. to train the various knowledge and skills that the colleagues need on their job post. And through the unit director or HR, perform professional training planning and development, arrange outside training courses and training implementation, allowing related professional personnel to have the correct concepts to make it easier to reserve present and future career development strength, increase professional knowledge of the job and the skill's depth and breadth, develop and stimulate employee's management skills and potentials, and increase the organization's operation management performance.
New comer training
In order to allow the newcomers to quickly blend into the Team Group organization team, the company planned a personal training plan for newcomers before they come in to report for duty, allowing the new colleagues to be familiar with the company's organization structure, enterprise culture, management policy, internal operation procedures and the basic knowledge and skills required for the post, and the unit director will assign a mentor for every new colleague to guide and explain the job responsibilities to them in order to help the newcomers to learn the professional skills and provide the help needed to adapt to the Team Group life. In addition, the company also arranges newcomer care forums, allowing new employees to understand the company management goal and philosophy, and welcoming the new colleagues to join the big Team Group family. After the newcomer training, the HR will try to understand the new colleague's adaptation status for the post and department through newcomer care questionnaires and interviews, and provide the necessary help.
Self-development
Besides enriching the employee's professional knowledge and skills for their jobs, the company also provides various self-study channels to the colleagues, helping them to expand their level of self-learning and stimulate job-related potentials. The company uses the self-management method, and has a book world established for colleagues to read or borrow various types of newspapers, books, and magazines, increasing the internal reading atmosphere, and gathers peers and leaders who love to share their thoughts and views, creating a learning atmosphere and expanding learning effects. The company will hold various types of irregular seminars, and encourages colleagues to participate in external seminars to accumulate practical experiences by interacting and sharing with external professionals, and share the new knowledge they learned from external learning to other colleagues, in order to train their autonomy learning and growth ability and the mutual learning spirit.
