Team Xtreem Dark 2x2GB 1066 (TXDD4096M1066HC5DC-D) and Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P

Could anyone please provide me with the recommended BIOS settings for my Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P rev1.1 mobo using the latest F9 BIOS to run my 2x2GB Team Xtreem Dark 1066 memory modules at 1066MHz?

Any help you could extend would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, We use the E8400 for example.

tRAS=15
Command Rate(CMD)=2T
DRAM Voltage=2.1V~2.2V
