Team Value ddr2-667 chips/overclock??

Hello, last year i bought 2 sticks of TVDD1024M667C5, with T2D648MT-6 (0715MI) chips on...I suppose they were micron d9 chips, because they overclocked very well (@833mhz cas5 1,9v); now i have bougth other 2 sticks of the same ram (for a total of 4Gb), but they mount T2D648PT-6 (0803P) chips, and now the system doesn't boot with the ram frequency@833mhz..
Which chips are those of the new sticks? How much can they overclock and which is the maximum voltage i can give??

Under the normal state 4 sticks not easy overclock and Unstable
So propose you are here Don't be overclock under 4 sticks state

This is a mainboard problem, not ram... I wanted to know which chips are those T2D648PT-6, because even if i leave 2 gb of ram (the new sticks only) the system doesn't boot @833mhz ram... I believe they are PROMOS (which suck... ), because of the T2D648PT-6, where the others had a T2D648MT-6 (which is for MICRON)

Because i don't see the memory now~
so i can't tell you which chips about "T2D648PT-6"
Perhaps probably PSC,Promos,ELPIDA,MICRON......
And the memory originally can't runing 800Mhz
